Mikita Kodzis
Co-Founder
Mikita has extensive experience spanning various economic sectors, including over six years in a real estate development company, where he has served in roles such as Financial Manager, Head of the Controlling Department, and CFO. His background includes securing financing from international financial institutions.
He also has more than five years of experience as a consultant, specializing in IFRS, management accounting, budgeting, and providing valuations for significant companies. Mikita’s accounting advisory expertise encompasses IFRS, local GAAPs, financial reporting regulations, revenue recognition, lease agreements, and purchase accounting.
Additionally, he has experience in establishing financial department functions for IT development startups.
Mikita is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) from ACCA, as well as a CIMA CertPM RUS certification.
Aliaksandr Labanouski
Co-Founder
Aliaksandr has over 14 years of experience in audit and assurance, IFRS financial statement preparation, reporting process automation, and risk compliance for both domestic and international clients across various industries, working at a Big4 audit company. He is also a trainer in IFRS, International Standards on Auditing, and financial analysis.
He possesses extensive expertise in IFRS and financial analysis for industrial markets, consumer markets, retail, software development companies, leasing companies, and more.
Aliaksandr has experience in establishing financial and legal department functions for IT development startups.
He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. Aliaksandr holds an Auditor qualification certificate for banks and non-bank financial institutions issued by the National Bank of Belarus, an Auditor qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance of Belarus, and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) from ACCA.
Aliaksei Ulazouski
Co-Founder
Aliaksei has over 15 years of experience in audit, assurance, and accounting services, working with domestic and international clients across various industries at a Big4 audit company. He has supported IPO transactions on the Irish (ISE) and London (LSE) Stock Exchanges. His accounting advisory expertise includes IFRS, local GAAPs, financial reporting regulations, revenue recognition, lease agreements, and purchase accounting.
Additionally, Aliaksei has experience in setting up financial and legal department functions for IT development startups.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and holds an Auditor qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance of Belarus, as well as a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) from ACCA.
